Comparison of Feedback Tools

Working in a company can seem easy from the outside, but often the reality is  very different. Indeed, employees frequently face a great deal of stress or lack of motivation and recognition. It can be hard for companies and managers to find remedies to these problems, because they are either not clearly expressed, or because the company simply does not take/have the time to deal with them. If not taken into consideration, those problems may endanger the company in the long term, as employees may burn themselves out, lose their motivation, and/or eventually quit.

At Resourceful Humans, we think that the best way to solve the problem is to avoid having the problem in the first place. Indeed, we strongly believe that good communication, clarity, and transparency are what constitute a healthy way of working. That is why we first made an assessment of the different feedback platforms in order to define what would best suit us. Here is the table we made to assist  our decision making process:

The problem with these platforms is that they are characteristically more representative of tracking platforms than tools made to improve the well being of employees. That is why we decided to create our own feedback tool. Something that would bring positive vibes within the company, recognition and also boost team morale.
